parthava.org is an online platform, solely focused on topics related to Parthians – independent of biased information.
About
We are a team of five members who are conducting research on Parthian or closely related topics and publishing our results. The work is focused on collecting the fragmented information about Parthians and disclosing it as one picture.
The idea to bring together Parthian history and culture and illustrate it as a whole to a wider public was born in 2015. Since, the team is engaged in individual research and projects. For the first time, our team came together to consolidate the findings and insights under one label, namely parthava.org.
Articles
Our work is summarized in articles. The articles are either categorized as narratives, or as essays. This helps our audience to distinguish between the kind of results we are publishing.
Our articles are peer-reviewed and undergo strong quality standards. Sources of thoughts or treatises that are not our own, are cited without exceptions. parthava.org places great value on a scientific approach to and critical elaboration on historical facts. Any borrowings will be marked accordingly, any argument will be reviewed for its coherence and validity.
